Just thought I'd drop a line and let you know what happened to me.  I had a one year contract with Acklands-Grainer and sure enough they restructured and laid off 65 people, offered 50 people other positions and closed 7 offices.  Well, of course, my job was one of them.  I was upset but I couldn't be too upset because people with 25 years were offered midnights or nothing.  The girl I replaced was on maternity leave and she lost her job - so as you say, I took it as positive feedback."  I started searching Monster and saw a job that matched me perfectly and in my area.  I was laid off and I started my new full-time job within three weeks!!  It doesn't pay as much but it has benefits 100% and after three months they contribute to an RRSP.  I had to let you both know because I could not have done this without both of you.  On-Track helped me so much - I have a life again.!!  Christmas will be wonderful this year.  Again, thank you so much.  Happy Holidays.

I took your course in April 2006 - and what a course.  You had both said that I was the most improved - I agree!  I needed help when I came to see you.  My resume and interview skills were out of date.  I took your advice and started researching companies on the Internet.  I checked out Acklands-Grainger in Richmond Hill.  Well, was I ever surprised when I was called in for an interview.   The interview was great and I sent a thank you letter.  Well, he called Monday to make me an offer.  Of course I accepted.  I started May 17 for one year at $32 200!!!  It's a maternity contract but it's a very big company with positions available.  I'll just keep my eyes and ears open.  I could not have done this without both of you helping me.  I cannot say enough about your course - it's the best.  I spoke to Social Assistance today and let them know what a great course you offer.  I hope many more women can take the course and learn as I did.  I now have my confidence back.  Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I believe that the class was very much unified.  Everybody got along very well.  Marie and Yvonne taught the class so that myself and other students would get a good understanding of how we can further ourselves and get a grasp of how we can better ourselves.

There really isn't any part of this program that I would want to change and I really can't say what to add because half of the things that are in this program I never would have thought to put it.  So, I guess it is great just the way it is.
